| The Rochester Fair is part of the UNH Cooperative Extension 4-H Youth Development Program. All 4-H’ers are responsible for their conduct to Extension Personnel and/or 4-H leaders/volunteers supervising event(s). Participation in the Rochester Fair is dependent on agreement of the expectations included in the NH 4-H Code of Conduct and all rules related to participation in 4-H animal shows and events at Rochester Fair. We have read and discusses the above expectations and agree to accept them. We have read and understand the basic 4-H rules in the 4-H section of the fair book. We understand that a failure to comply shall result in the 4-H member being expelled from the Fair and premiums being withheld. |
