PIG
SCRAMBLE REGULATIONS
· Ten
Pigs will be awarded to those contestants
who successfully catch, hold on to, and tie them in the three minutes
allowes.
· Names
of ten contestants and two alternates will be drawn from the qualified
entrants.
Additional names will be drawn if necessary
until all pigs are caught.
· Any
Contestant who tries to catch a pig on which another contestant already
has a hold will be disqualified.
· There
will be a judge assigned to each pig and the judge’s decision will be
final.
· After
each Scramble, pigs will be kept at the Swine Barn until winners can
take them home, but all pigs must be picked up no later than 10:00pm on
the winning day.
ELIGIBILITY
· Child
must be at least 8 years old and no older than 12 years of age on the
day of the Scramble
· Participants
must be submit an entry form and have written permission of a parent or
guardian to enter.
· Entries
must be submitted by 7:00pm on Saturday September 13, 2008 and/or by
6:00pm on Saturday September 21 2008.
· The
Scrambles will be held at 8:00pm Saturday September 13, 2008 and at
7:00pm Saturday September 21, 2008
· Participant
must be able to raise the pig.
IT CAN NOT BE SOLD!
The winner must take full responsibility for
the care of the animal. |
