RULES:

1. Eastern Draft Horse Rules shall be used as a guideline and New England Oxen.

2. The committee reserves the right to: Accept or reject any entry, Close or Reopen any class, Make final decision on any matter not covered here in, as well as , Disqualify animals or personnel for violation of these rules or the condition of an animal as it warrants it.

3.  Random drug testing will be performed subject to State Vet. Guidelines.

4. Proof of Insurance is Required by all Exhibitors.

5. Medicating animals for the purpose of improving their pulling ability is illegal and shall be cause for the superintendent to exercise their right to reject entries and to disqualify teams and personnel.

6. Spectators consider the awarding of ribbons as part of the contest.  Any team not coming forward to receive the ribbon shall be subject to withholding of premiums on the grounds of not fulfilling the obligations of the contest.

7. No collections or solicitations shall be made except as a function of this fair.

8. All horses shown at fairs must have a negative Coggins test and rabies vaccination. Proof of testing  is required with entry.

9. Any verbal abuse to the judge will be cause for immediate disqualification and loss of premium money.

10. In addition to premium money, FIRST place teams will also receive a trophy.

12. Weighing Scales will be open: Thursday Sept. 18th, at 7:00 am to 9:30 am, Friday Sept. 19th, at 8:00 am & Saturday    Sept 20th, at 8:00 am.

13. Health:  Out of State Cattle teams must have evidence of their negative TB test and rabies  vaccination from there State Veterinarian within a year of the date of this Fair, along with  a permit for a state entry from the Division of Animal     Industry, State House Annex, Concord, New Hampshire 03301.
