PLANTS, CUT FLOWERS, FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS
  
1. Set-up
date for exhibitors: Wednesday, September 10 from 8am to 8pm.
One day only.
2. Removal
date for exhibits: Monday September 22 from 12pm-5pm.
3. Professional
and large entries close September 1 because of space limitations.
4. Judging
is Friday September 12. No
one will be allowed in the Floral Court during judging.
5. Entries
must include your complete name, mailing address, phone number and age
if a junior entrant.
6. We
cannot accept any large beverage or perishable containers.
7. All
Flowers must be fresh unless otherwise noted.
8. No
store bought flowers will be accepted.
9. Please
label containers on the bottom with your name.

SECTION 1 - PROFESSIONAL & COMMERCIAL
FLORIST
This is an open competition. Each exhibitor will have space to create
an entry of their choice. This is a non-competitive division and pays a
flat rate of $100.00 to each participant.

SECTION 2 - AMATEUR
Specimens of cut flowers
MUST come from the exhibitors garden. Each entry
must be properly labeled on entry card, and be in a
suitable container with an ample supply of water. NO
BEVERAGE or PERISHABLE CONTAINERS. All flowers should be
well conditioned to retain freshness. If possible, fresh
flowers may be brought in during the week in order to
keep the floral court looking fresh throughout the Fair.
Please read instructions carefully! Entries MUST be as
described. All rules regarding entries will be adhered
to. Entries not meeting qualifications will not be
accepted or judged. All flowers in this SECTION must be
fresh.
