Rochester Fair
It is time again for
everyone to think about what they are going to exhibit at the
Rochester Fair, September 12 – 21. The chart below will tell
you when to bring your exhibit to the Fair. PLEASE NOTE –
there are different hours for certain departments. We must adhere
to this schedule to allow our staff enough time to set-up and
perform judging. No entries can be accepted after the posted
hours.

REMOVAL DATE: Exhibits (except *Giant Pumpkins) are to be picked up Monday, September 22, 2008, between 12 PM and 5:00 PM. Non-perishable items left after this time will be held one (1) week at the main office. Perishable items will be disposed.
*Giant Pumpkins: PICK UP WILL BE AT 8:30 AM ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2008 ***forklift will be available only from 8:30 am - 9:30 am. If you are unable to come on Sunday you may come on Monday, September 22, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. however during this time you will be on your own to remove the pumpkin without the use of a forklift.
